1. Scope and Changes
This Privacy Policy applies to all aspects of the 90SecondClinic platform. We may update it periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly including your name, email address, date of birth, and payment information when you create an account or make a purchase. We collect video content you submit, written descriptions of athletic mechanics, communications with coaches, and reviews. When the athlete depicted in submitted content is a minor, the submitting parent or legal guardian provides the athlete's first name, age, and any other context they choose to share; we do not collect personal information directly from minor athletes. For coaches, we additionally collect credential verification documents including government-issued identification and team roster information. These documents are stored securely, accessed only by our verification team, and permanently deleted once verification is complete. We also automatically collect usage data including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited when you use the Platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, verify coach credentials, send transactional emails, match players with coaches, display public coach profiles and reviews, promote the Platform and Coach response videos on our owned channels and through advertising and partner marketing as authorized in our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising outside of 90SecondClinic and its authorized promotional channels.
4. Children's Privacy and Parental Submission (COPPA)
The Platform is operated for adult account holders age 18 and over. Children under 18 may not create or operate accounts. When a video features a minor athlete, the athlete's parent or legal guardian creates the account, accepts the Terms of Service, and submits content on the athlete's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any information about a minor athlete that we receive is provided to us by the submitting parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for ensuring that they have the authority to provide it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If you believe an account has been created or content has been submitted in violation of these requirements, contact us at support@90secondclinic.com and we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, delete the account and information.
5. Video Content
Submitted videos are stored securely via Mux. Both the submitted video and the resulting Coach response video for completed clinics may be displayed publicly on the Platform, on the responding Coach's profile, on promotional surfaces such as the homepage feed of recent clinics and before-and-after comparison features, on social media accounts operated by 90SecondClinic or its partners, and in advertising, marketing, press, and partner co-marketing materials, as authorized in the Terms of Service. Public surfaces never include the athlete's full name, the written submission details, or other personally identifying information beyond the athlete's first name. The written submission details (specific question, additional context, age, height, weight, and similar fields) are not displayed publicly and are visible only to you, the Coach, and Platform staff. You may opt out of public and promotional display for any clinic at any time from the submission detail page. We retain video submissions and responses for 12 months after the submission date, after which they may be deleted. Materials that have already been published, shared, or distributed, including content reshared by third parties or already aired in paid placements, may not be fully recoverable after opt-out or deletion.
6. Coach Verification Documents
Government-issued identification and roster URLs submitted by coaches are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. Only our verification team can access these documents. ID documents are permanently deleted immediately after verification is complete. Roster URLs are retained as part of the coach application record for compliance purposes.
7. Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or bank account details on our servers. Coach payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. Stripe may retain identity verification information for compliance purposes under their own policy.
8. How We Share Information
We share your information with service providers who help us operate the Platform including Supabase (database infrastructure), Mux (video storage and streaming), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and analytics and advertising service providers used to publish authorized promotional content. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 90SecondClinic, our users, or the public. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
9. Public Information
Coach profiles including name, headline, bio, career highlights, sports, and reviews are publicly visible. Reviews submitted to coach profiles are public by default. Submitted videos and Coach response videos for completed clinics may be displayed publicly on the Coach's profile, on promotional surfaces of the Platform such as a homepage feed, in before-and-after comparison features, on social media accounts operated by 90SecondClinic, and in advertising and partner marketing materials, alongside the athlete's first name only, unless the submitter opts out from the submission detail page. The written question, additional context, age, height, weight, and other written submission details are never displayed publicly and are only visible to the submitter and the Coach selected.
10. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Video submissions and responses are retained for 12 months. Coach verification documents are deleted immediately after verification. We may retain certain information for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements even after account deletion. Promotional and marketing materials that have been published prior to a deletion or opt-out request may not be fully recoverable.
11. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@90secondclinic.com. We will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
12. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Platform functionality including staying logged in.
13. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and private storage for sensitive documents. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You use the Platform and transmit information at your own risk.
14. International Users
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform you consent to this transfer.
