Submit Your Tape
Upload video from multiple angles — front, side, and rear. Use your phone's slow-motion mode (240fps) for the best analysis. Tell your coach exactly what you want fixed and what you've already tried.
Film outdoors in natural light. Keep the camera steady at hip height. Minimum 3 reps of the same action.
Get Your Breakdown
Your coach reviews your mechanics and records a detailed response — specific feedback on what's wrong, why it's happening, and exactly what drills to run to fix it. Delivered within their stated response window.
Add the Written Notes add-on to get timestamped coaching cues alongside the video.
Watch and Work
Watch your response as many times as you need. Take the drills to practice. Submit a follow-up round once you've made the adjustment and get confirmation you're on the right track.
