Our Mission
Elite Guidance.
90 Seconds.
Any Kid. Anywhere.
The athletes who make it to the highest levels of sport don't just outwork everyone else. They have access to something most players never get — direct, expert feedback from people who've been exactly where they want to go.
We built 90SecondClinic to change that.
“In high school, I got five minutes with Tony Gwynn between games at a tournament hosted by SDSU. He just started schooling us — hitting approach, mechanics, how to think at the plate. It reshaped the way I played. I was lucky. Every kid deserves that moment. That's why I built this.”
— Matt Holder, Founder of 90SecondClinic
The Problem
Free Advice
Is Costing
Your Kid Reps.
When parents and players can't access real coaching, they turn to forums, YouTube comments, and well-meaning adults with varying credentials — or none at all.
The result is a flood of conflicting takes: squish the bug, don't squish the bug. Stay back, transfer your weight. Keep your elbow up, that's outdated. Every thread ends the same way — nobody agrees, and the kid is still lost.
Volume of opinions is not the same as quality of coaching. There's no substitute for someone who's actually been there.
Free advice comes at a cost — just not in dollars.

“Top comment: "Need to get more hips involved." Second comment: "Nice rotation on the hips." lol Reddit in a nutshell”
u/KingFNX
“Once the front foot is planted and you're rotated, the back foot can do whatever feels natural. At least that's what I've heard from a hitting coach.”
u/drunkbusdriver
“And this is the problem coming to Reddit for advice lmao. I've seen 4-5 different opinions on what's right/wrong/outdated… and it happens every thread. I'm sure the right answer is there somewhere.”

“This is exactly why I just look and laugh at these comments. It's all the dad coaches who come out of the woodwork when spring travel season starts and spew absolute nonsense.”
The Solution
Imagine If You Could
Learn From the Best
Imagine a kid in any city, any town, submitting their swing video tonight — and waking up tomorrow to a 90-second breakdown from a former MLB shortstop. Not a generic tip. Not a YouTube video. A direct, specific, expert analysis of their exact mechanics, with two or three drills to run at their next practice.
That's what we built. Expert, focused guidance — skill by skill, rep by rep — from athletes who played at the highest levels and want to give the next generation what they wish they'd had.

What We Stand For
Every young athlete who puts in the work deserves a shot at real guidance — not just the ones with the right connections.
The athletes who reached the top have a responsibility to bring the next generation with them.
A single moment of honest feedback from someone who's been there can change the entire trajectory of a career.
The game is better when the knowledge stays in the game — passed down to younger generations.
For Athletes Who Want to Give Back
The Knowledge You
Earned Doesn't Have
to Retire With You.
There are kids out there right now getting bad advice from people who never played at your level — and paying for it. You spent years learning what it actually takes: the mechanics, the mental game, the adjustments that don't show up on a highlight reel.
This isn't a fan experience or a birthday greeting. It's a 90-second breakdown that can genuinely change how a kid plays. Real income, real impact — from someone who's been there.
