Who I Coach
Tyler Pazik pitched four years at Indiana State University (2011–2014), a D1 program in the Missouri Valley Conference. After ISU he stayed in the game as a coach, serving as Assistant Coach at Harper College (NJCAA Region 4), 18U Program Director and Head Coach for the Illinois Indians elite travel program from 2012 to 2016, and Undergraduate Assistant Coach at Indiana State. He earned his Master's in Sport Psychology from TCU in 2018 and now runs Pazik Performance Group, where he works with athletes from youth travel ball to USA National Teams, Power 5 programs, and Fortune 500 executives. Tyler's specialty is the mental side of pitching and competition: how to build a between-pitch routine, how to recover from a bad inning on purpose, and how to walk to the mound with a plan instead of hoping confidence shows up.
